Jio starts 5G service Gujarat: Gujarat now becomes the first state in the country to have Jio TRUE 5G service, users can enjoy unlimited data at speeds up to 1 Gbps+ without paying any extra charges.

Reliance Jio has announced to launch of its 5G service in Gujarat as well.  Reliance Jio has launched 5G service in all 33 district headquarters of Gujarat from 25 November 2022.  With this initiative by Jio, Gujarat has become the country's first state to have Jio TRUE 5G service, meaning that Jio's 5G service can be enjoyed in major urban areas of all 33 districts of Gujarat.

Speaking on occasion, Akash M Ambani, Chairman, of Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, said, "We are pleased to announce that Gujarat is the first state in the country to have all 33 district headquarters connected to Jio's high-speed True 5G network.  He said that the company wants to show the real power of 5G technology.  They want to show how the Jio 5G service is impacting the lives of billions of people.  Users will get the benefit of unlimited 1 Gbps+ data speed in every district of Gujarat.

Starting November 25, Jio customers in Gujarat will be invited to the Jio Welcome Offer to experience unlimited data at speeds up to 1 Gbps+ at no extra cost.

Under the Jio Welcome Offer, Jio users can avail of unlimited 5G data speed up to 1Gbps+ without incurring any additional charges.  Reliance Foundation and Jio have come together for the first initiative 'Education-For All'.  Under this initiative initially, 100 schools in Gujarat will be digitized with connectivity and education platforms.  The company will soon take initiatives to provide true 5G services in education, healthcare, agriculture, industry 4.0, and IOT sectors as well.  Under this initiative schools will be equipped with the following facilities:

 1. Jio TRUE 5G connectivity

 2. Advanced Content Platform

 3. Platform for interaction between teacher and students

 4. School Management Platform

Reliance Jio has launched 5G services in all 33 district headquarters i.e. major urban areas of Gujarat from today.  However, for that users have to fulfill some conditions.

 1. Users must have a 5G mobile

 2. Jio's 5G network should be available in your area

 3. A minimum of Rs 239 for all prepaid and postpaid users

 4. Must be recharged

Earlier, Reliance Jio had launched 5G service in the surrounding areas of NCR, including the capital of India, Delhi.  Also, the company is currently offering 5G services in Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Varanasi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Nathdwara, and now includes the entire Gujarat.
