Dhanteras 2022

The Trayodashi Tithi of Krishna Paksha of Kartik month is starting from 6.02 pm on 22nd October. At the same time, this date will end on 23rd October at 6.03 pm. In such a situation, Dhanteras will be celebrated on 23 October according to Udaya Tithi.



Choti Diwali 2022

After this, Chaturdashi Tithi is starting from 6.04 pm on 23rd October itself, which will end the next day on 24th October at 5:28 pm. In such a situation, the festival of Choti Diwali i.e. Narak Chaturdashi will be celebrated on 24 October on the basis of Udaya Tithi.

Then on 24th October itself Amavasya Tithi is starting from 05.28 pm, which will remain till 04.19 pm on 25th October. On the other hand, on October 25, in the evening i.e. before the Pradosh period, the new moon is ending. In such a situation, the festival of Diwali will not be celebrated on this day, but will be celebrated only on October 24.
