Allowance Rules for Headmaster, Class-III, Class-III in the office of the Director of Primary Education or in the service of the concerned District or Municipal (Primary) Primary Education Consent under the reference (1) of the Department of Education dated 18/01/2012 Were made famous. Subsequently, the recruitment rules for the head teacher, class-3, cadre were published by changing the previous recruitment rules from the public notice dated 22/09/2016 under reference (2). 

Howeverr, at that time no distinction was made between the Head Teachers Aptitude Test (HTAT Acharya) cadre as an academic cadre or an administrative cadre. Therefore, the matter of considering the head teacher cadre as academic or administrative cadre was under consideration. 

Resolutionn: At the end of the adult deliberation on the above matter, the office of the Director of Primary Education or the concerned district or town (in the service under the jurisdiction of the Municipal Primary Education Authority) to allow the Head Teachers (Head Teachers Aptitude Test- HTAT Acharya) class-3 cadre to be considered as academic cadre. 

This decision is made in accordance with the approval of the file number of this department, the sub-general administration department's note dated 11/01/2021 and the finance department's note dated 09/03/2021.
