The central government has allowed states and the private sector to be involved in corona vaccination. In addition, vaccination of the 18+ population of the country will start from May 1. Registration for this is starting from April 28. With this new system, the central government has prepared a new policy.
Many questions are being asked about this policy. The biggest crisis is facing states that have been tasked with vaccinating people in the 18-44 age group. The trouble is that no state has set a budget for vaccinating its population. In such a scenario, even if the money is managed, how will it be able to collect its share in the bets started in the states by taking the vaccine dose?
Naturally, the political battle is still going on, although first of all let’s talk about what do you have to do for vaccination? Which vaccine will be given and in how many days the antibody will be made in your body.
Last week, a high-level meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi decided to vaccinate the country's 18+ population. It is very complicated. Under the policy, after getting the approval of Kasauli's Central Drug Laboratory, 50% of the dose will go to the center and the remaining dose will be distributed to state and private hospitals.
The central government has agreed to pay Rs 150 per dose from Serum Institute for Covishield and Bharat Biotech for Covacin and Rs 400 for a dose of Covishield and Rs 600 for a dose of Covacin for the states. Companies have set this price.
