NIDAN KASOTI SCANNING MARGDARSHIKA / FIRST SEM STD 3 TO 8 NIDAN KASOTI AAYOJAN BABAT LATEST PARIPATRA & TIMETABLE DATED ON 22.02.2021/:

According to the above subject, schools could not be started due to Kovid-12. But thanks to the efforts of the education department, arrangements have been made so that students can study at home. During the first semester of the year 2020-21, students have studied through various methods instead of school. Now that the direct educational work has started in Std. 6 to 8. 

Then, knowing the educational status of the students, if the regular teaching work starts in the school based on it, then it will be easier for the teachers to do the healing work. In view of this, it is planned to evaluate the students studying in all the medium government, grant-aided, and self-reliant primary schools of the state with the same question papers. The program of examination of all subjects of Std. 6 to 8 of the first-semester diagnostic test in the entire state is as follows given below at the end of the description in the circular.

1. The main purpose of this test is to know the personal educational status of the students so that the therapeutic work can be done.  Therefore, it is desirable that the test subject teacher should start the treatment work as soon as possible.  The main test is to be tested by the subject teacher.  Testing and inspection must be done at the school level only.  2. Similar tests in Gujarati (first language), Mathematics, Science, Social Science (Environment) will have to be implemented.  Granted and self-reliant primary school was able to take the test of the remaining subjects voluntarily.  Government primary schools will have to implement tests for all academic subjects.  

3. In the school in which the shift system is implemented, the examination of all subjects of all standards should be held as per the given schedule.  4. Poof of paper, language correction will be the responsibility of the District Education Committee, District Education Officer as well as Corporation.  

5. Students in Std. 6 and 8 will have to write the answers in the test paper.  Students of Std. 6 to 8 will have to write the answers in a separate answer book with a pen.  6. As per the syllabus in a social science subject, necessary maps should be arranged at the local level.  Graphs in mathematics will have to be arranged.  

7, online data entry of this result will have to be done.  The program for that and its detailed instruction will be given separately through the entire Shiksha Abhiyan.  Data entry must be completed within the time limit.  Separate sheets for mark sheet scanning should be printed as per the subject given by CCC.8. Softcopies of question papers will be given in each district.

9. Diagnostic tests are like the periodic assessment test.  So ask the study to conclude the treatment from the Learning Outcomes date!  The course of the first semester is included in the test as a syllabus.10. The nodal officer appointed by you to take the CD of the test papers learns that he has to come to GCERT on 23 February 2021 at 2:00 p/m., if by chance the nodal s.  If he/she is not able to be present on the f, he/she can send the letter to the responsible employee along with the letter of authority.  Where there is no rate contract/tender of the committee, printing can also be done as per the 9th rate contract of District Panchayat / Co-feather Khem.  As well as the school level will have to be arranged in a suitable place for distribution.  12.
