Gujarat gram Panchayat election 2021 With the announcement of elections on 22.11.2021 in the areas under Gram Panchayat elections, the Code of Ideal Elections comes into force. In these 102 estimated gram panchayats, election of 102 panchs as well as election of members will be held in approximately 203 wards.

Apart from this, in the Gram Panchayats whose term expires after 31.03.2022 and whose term is more than one year left, by-elections of vacant seats will also be held from time to time.

The rights to hold Gram Panchayat elections which have been handed over to the provincial officers from 2 (2) -2011-9, dated 17-9-2011, will be issued by them in the declaration of Gram Panchayat elections. Candidates seeking candidature for the post of Sapanch or as a member of the Gram Panchayat in the Gram Panchayat elections are required to submit a candidature in the relevant part of the candidature form for criminal past as well as property-debt-educational qualification.

The name will have to be submitted to the Election Officer. At the time of polling in this election, the voter has to carry telhe EPIC issued by the Election Commission of India.

The vote count will take place on December 21
